Returns & Refunds

If your order is nevertheless not completely satisfied, you can return the product stating the reasons for fourteen days. (Only in original condition)

This period commences on the day following receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer. Sending back your package at his own expense and is not paid by us. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Always send us an email before your ship out the return package. Please make sure your return is properly packaged, stamped and send within 14 days after receiving your order. Skull Padel is not responsible for returns that got lost or damaged.

Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
